Floppy Disc Copier?

I dunno if this utility still exist in today's dos prompt offered by windows, but back in the old days when we were still using DOS, there's this utility called "diskcopy." I't s a utility straight from DOS, I'm also not sure if it does sector by sector. All I know is that it'd copy two discketts in the same floppy drive (allow you to read, then switch to write)
