PCXs

By the way I still haven't figure out what the PCXs are? If you can figure that out that would be great!

These are not PCX files. If Game Explorer found these for you, it was wrong. They look like the header of a PCX file, with the values of: version 2, RLE encoding and monochrome but 0 pixels wide and 0 pixels high. There's no actual picture, only a (mostly) empty header.

Sorry, please, don't email me concerning 3D models because I have no experience in those.

the best way to convert a 3d model is to use Blender! Since Blender is very user friendly and open source about the plugins, there always a add-on for almost any type of model including the MESH from Ogre! Heres one I found

https://github.com/lamogui/ogre_blender_importer

There might be more if this add-on doesn't work but Im still looking!
