But there are two problems. First the actual game size is 130GB, NOT 103.09GB!

And second, the installer closes a few moments after start unpacking with no error or something.
Do anyone knows what is gone wrong and how can I fix it?

Happens with oggre sometimes if at least one of the ogg files are broke. Check that.

Shoud I reinstall the source game? OR shoud find and exclude that file?

If you still have the source game then exclude the bad file(s).

However in next DSG update there is something new which will made this step obsolete.

Started this again was running fine with option 6 in dsg testing. It will work but take very long time as went to 30 hours and climbing other times tried it stopped after 20 minutes now unchecked the read only files it works as other times it didn't so need to unchecked the read only option in folder properties. I stopped mine as was doing other things as system slowed a bit when opening other files etc but will do again when time permits and even on 16 core 64gb ram system takes time and have plenty of space can do on couple drives at once different settings so may start tonight and leave overnight see which works.

In the Details tab of Task Manager, find the processes eating up the CPU and set their priority to Below Normal or Low. Such (background) processes won't slow down your (foreground) work and they will still get all CPU power when there's nothing else happening (you're not working).
