I had a minimally larger size due to the presence of Imminent Threat DLC pack, but otherwise, no difference.

Well if remove the redist folders you save a little bit of space as its not needed the things are already installed on your sytem anyway..

Understandable, I always leave 'em out. I can include them on last disc as effect of OCD, but other than that... yeah.
