The US version uses a new version of Securom - so I guess the UK version does too. There's not way to copy Securom protected games without a CloneCD supported recorder. Blindwrite or Disc Juggler 3 should do the job, too, but if your recorder isn't supported by CloneCD it's most likely not DAo/RAW compatible and therefor not able to copy securom (meaning no other program will help you).
