Maybe you have to change "Source={src}\Data.bin.001" to match with your archive name.

Conversion updated to latest version. Verified desktop icon now works properly.
Using diskspan, now creates records.ini automatically.

Result is
1 BD 50 = 45,8 GB
1 DVD 5 = 4.17 GB << with __Installer folder

Install Time is 9 min. and 35 sec.
