How to edit the ShowChangeDiskWindow?

Hi 78372! I want to hide the icon in the corner and the close, minimize, etc and change the width and height of buttons. If i edit english.ini i can only change the words.

Didn't tried, but I think you can change the icon by editing the isdone.dll using resource hacker
