Folder Structure:

Tomb Raider 1 2 3:

---- DosBox------------| Dosbox.exe
---- Tomb Raider 1-----| gogwrap.exe
---- Tomb Raider 2-----| Tomb2.exe
---- Tomb Raider 3-----| tomb3.exe

1. Install the Games, update to latest version + No-DVD.

2. Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)

3. Copy Icon from Icon folder to each folder of games

4. Run UltraARC_mod.exe select game folder, output location, press Start

5. Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

thats the result

CD1 704 MB

Change:
Go Edit UltraARC.ini to that

VolumePrefixName=CD_
Method=msc,srep,exe,exe2,delta,lzma

Okay i see after the compression was done no setup files were there. The step missed was copy the contents of CD_1 to the output folder :-)

This was the end results of the compression.
After copying those files it was fine for me.

Setup.exe is in CD_1 Folder

Yes it was in the Tomb Raider Trilogy GOG zip haha.
But it appears it will not fit a CD-R disc of 700MB. Is there a way?

Nevermind, I just did an overburn for 747.04MB

edit: i tried to overburn it won't work. Any proper conversion to make it fit?

^^look in each gamefolder & see if you can remove anything not needed ( extra lang )

There really was not any extra languages and contents, just some documents. It still will not fit. 716mb not much of a difference.

what compression did you choose? maybe increase it to see if it will fit better

took an 800 MB Blank CD
but will test to make it smaller

I gave my best but less than 704 mb I do not get it

once again i appreciate your efforts. I burned it to CD - Session at Once Mode 1 Closed, for this size, 702 MB (736,751,616 bytes). It seemed to do the job it burned, tested and installed properly.
