1: Install Original Game, go to _CommonRedist DirectX and delete the 2010 Folder. Use the DX WebInstaller Instead of that.
2: Delete Following Videos:

3: Now Resample this Videos with Rad Game Tools to .bik:

Use the Option Compress to a % of Original: 70
Compress Audio: Compress level: 0, Convert to what Sound Format: 16-bit mono

4: After this Rename the Fileending from .bik to .bk2, Copy all resampled Vids to Game folder \videos, Overwrite original files!
5: Download Attachment, Start Converter.exe, Choose Game Folder, Click Convert, Wait For Finish
6: Make a Iso out of Output,Uninstall original Game, Reinstall from Conversion, Enjoy

Final Size: 4,18 GB

I've played the Game through last night. The most resampled videos played without problems (got sound, looks still good),
4 Videos got no sound, 1 Video would not show. But here I don't know If I had set a wrong Option or the Bink 2 Video is ruined during Compressing/Installation. You people can test it for yourself, I will look again too.

But this way it's no Problem to convert .bk2 Files, a single file can named for output xxxx.bk2, with Rad Video Tools, the Original file will be overwrite and work.

The easiest way is to take X360 biks they are 720p/48KHz when The PC version biks are 1080p/48KHz audio no need to mess with bik to bk2 or wait long time for resampling.

I tooked the X360 videos and packed with:

Were to get XB360 Videos if I got no 360?

There are two ways.
1st legal one if you have X360 copy you can grab it
2nd easy and ilegal download X360 version

i only replace the SB_*.bk2 with the xbox360 version and works perfect! final size with original DirectX folder: 3.69gb. ty

Edit: the best option to keep the greatest amount of videos in 1080p is only replace "SB_Face_Palm.bk2", "SB_Islands_Completed.bk2" and "SB_Musical.bk2" by the xbox360 version of this files.
Final size: 4,35gb with the original DirectX folder and all 1080p videos least 3 that are in 720p.

Inge, notice 1 issue here. During installation, the close button at top right corner serve as "minimize" while the minimize button serve as "close/quit the installer".

Do fix this please. Apart from that, all is working just nice.
