TM United is released in France, Canada, parts of Swiss, Australia and other french speaking countries (boxed version) and is available on official online shop. just bought my version there a month ago.
dunno know the link, just search the TMU-Forum. there is a topic about it. but they only offered a 10.000 copys online. you have to look if its sold out or not. both versions available in english/french language (multi 2). /EDIT: just found the online-shop page: https://buy.metaboli.com/vnt/panier....e=178&affilie= appears in french, but you can change language by clicking on your countrys flag.
