You have to shoot at the two hooks (manual aiming) ... see HERE.
Then you have to use the magnet-hook with the symbol in the middle of the tv-screen. There will be two Yakuza behind the screen. (I don't know the buttons you have to press, because i played it on PC, not on PlayStation.)
