Well WinAmp has plugs for reverb & delays and what not.

As far as the appluase, hmm, you would have to add those yourself, in a wave editing program like "Sounde Forge" or "Cool edit". There is a free wave editor I used that was ok "Goldwave". Get a sample of some applause and chuck it in the mix

Hey just out of interest, whats with the applause anyway?
