need some help please?

I downloaded the US Web browser 2.x from this site, but cant burn it to disk and get it working.

When i try i just get the CD player screen.
I have a European dreamcast btw.

I get the impression from looking at this board that this is a common problem. This is the first time i've attempted to burn a DC image onto a CD, and i'd appreciate some help.
