I was able to get it to work! Heres what i did...hopefully it's easy to follow

Download Torrent > Install Daemon Tools > Enable Safedisc option > WinRAR Disc 1, 2 and 3 > Open My computer > Left Click Drive that has "Mount" option ( Mine was I: ) > Mount Image > Open > Mount CD 1 .cue > Mount CD2 .cue > Mount CD3 .cue > Game Install Complete > Play!

I didn't even have to use the files from GCW, once the game was down loading i just clicked play and it worked! Hopefully this'll help others out also.
