XBox on life support, never seen this before...

I have had my XBox modded and running for almost 2 years. I have an Xecutor 2.3 chip. Anyways today I went to play a game and the screen was black and white and you know flipping around you know up and down. So I first thought of the s video cable tried replacing that with straight rca jacks now the picture is steady but black and white,

I disabled the chip, brings up the error screen in black and white.

I have never seen or heard of this before but I am somewhat familiar with electronics and I am pretty sure its toast.

Now if it is toast does anyone know where a good place to buy a new board, and how difficult is it to install it.

Sounds like its in PAL mode on a NTSC region.

Now when I think about it I was playing a dvd the last time I used it and accidentaly hit dongle region free to play it, anyways apparently that messed it up so bad there was no way to change it back without replacing the "C" with the original. Anyways she is back to normal and thanks again!!!
