Do I need to downsize Wacky Racers Pal or MSR Pal?

I have ripped these games using the coders cable. Wacky Racers Pal is 776 Mb and MSR is 767 Mb. I have also had problems with Dreamcast Movie Maker it wont let my change resolution or anything after making the SFD file into a M1V file. I tried reinstalling it but still didn't work.

try use mpv instead as m1v

Thanks for the help I was able to downsize the SFD files when using mpv. Wacky Racers was stille 710 Mb, it said on previous posts that the files shrink when burnt will this fit ok?
