Having trouble with XBMP

I have d/l XBMP and created a folder in F named apps then a sub folder named XBMP, theres also one named games as well. Anyways I can't seem to get the XBox to recognize it. In the Evox theres a XBox Media Player and Divx region free dongle. however thats greyed out and in play apps of h/d theres nothing !Heres my evox can someone help me?

I removed the ROM# stuff for space reasons, I just can't figure this out? Can someone help?

is the defeault.xbe the first folder within the fdrive folder?.
like is it i.e-F:\xbmp\defeault.xbe or is it like f:\xbmp\homo\defeautlt.xbe?

F drive has two folders, 1)Games 2)Apps. Inside Apps I have the XBMP folder which contains the default.xbe

Could that be causing the trouble.
