As long as you make sure you have 1. the same # of audio tracks and 2. can fit everything including the data track (2nd session) to a blank CD, you'll be fine.
I don't have a list of what's what, though... sorry... I guess play the game and familiarize yourself with which track is played where in the game... then listen to the audio tracks in a CD player and make cross-references to figure it all out. Good luck

I happen to have the game tracks (from Echelon's release) in a folder here.

2 Dir(s) 2,551,033,856 bytes free
As you can see, there's 49 audio tracks, plus you can see the length of each track. You'll also see that track 50 (which would be the 2nd session) starts at an LBA of 150575, so that gives you an idea of how much space you can use for your own audio tracks.
Hope this helps.

thanx man!, now....there's an audio one, named track01, but that's not the selfboot one, right? i mean, if i do the selfboot process, that audio track would be number 2 and the game will not detect it in the right order, or does it recognize it well?

Eh?? No... none of that track-shifting business.... that only applies to NON-SELFBOOTING bin/cue rips with audio tracks in them... forget all about it.
