There should be a folder "3DSetup" in your game directory on your hd. Try to find it there. If it doesn't work uninstall the game, then start REGEDIT and delete this:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Electronic Arts HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Electronic Arts HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> EA Games (That should be all entrys from EA) But do this only when you don't have any other EA Game installed. I hope this works for you. I don't know any other way.
