US connection CD and patches etc...

Hi all,
My mate has asked to try and get an American version of DC internet connection so that he can choose which ISP he connects through.

Apperently the english thingy forces you to connect throught the DC server but he can get free calls through another ISP account. Be cause he wants me (or rather my CD-r) to burn him a CD with the software and maybe a boot disc if needed.

He gave some links to some files to burn but im not sure if should with what i got. I have downloaded SA-brows.zip. In this there is an Nfo file and a rar file. Im not sure what need to be burnt as im not familiar with the files names and segment layouts etc.

The link for a patch I might need for it to run ( that is the limit of my knowledge at the mo :-)) just gives a page here DCcopyworld with loads of utils. I have no idea what the hell i need to get and again what to burn.

With both of these im assuming that he want different CD for each but im not sure so any information, and i do mean ANY information will be greatly be appreciated by both of us
