Hope im not a bother...

Guys, im sorry that ive been asking so many qquestions lately, I just new to all this.

Im getting the DMS3 mod chip V9. Now, once its installed(Not by me) before I use it, or turn on my PS2, so I have to flash its bios or something?

I guess what I mean is, does it come ready to go or do I have to flash it before use.

Or, do I just need to flash it when upgrades come?

after the chip is installed its good to go. put in backups and there you go! as for flashing as the new updates come out at dms3.com all you do is burn them to cd and pop them in the ps2 and it will update the bios. they have 2 bioses just so that if you upgrade incorectly u aint screwed. for more info visit www.dms3.com

You're thinking of XBox chips, which do in fact have to be flashed before use.
