I burned the game and see its files but I cant play it. THe DC reads it as if there is no game. What do I fricken do. I used DiscJ and did all those settings like mode 1, CD-Rom 2336 and all those settings but the prob is the DC cant read it. Im using FujiFilm for my CD-R and it works well with my other game except this game cap vs. snk.

SOmeone give at least a helping hand.

Ok, I This is what I did. They were zipped I unzipped them and there
were rar files. Next I extracted it usin Winrar. I
right clicked the first rar file which was the .rar
then extracted. It made a .cdi image file for discjug.
I opened up discj v2 and clicked image to recorder
then on the advance settings i arranged it so it would
say mode 1, 2368,0 and cdrom. Then in the source file
i put the location of the .cdi file then recorded it.
THe game burned and I could even see the files in the
game when I look in it. Then when its in the dc it
doesnt load it goes to the memory card screen.
A lot of help please.

all the answers to your questions are on this forum you just have to do a little research and understand how exactly the dreamcast gdrom is set up so that you can set the proper settings:

this is what i have and there are different settings for different burners:
for my hp 8200 external which a lot of people said doesn't work does so here is what i did:
i use discjuggler 3.00758 etc... with the jinxter ghost driver found at dccopyworld.com somewhere in the utilities section (friging excellent piece of assembly language written by this guy) do as the .txt file says for the jinxter driver.

then for settings mode2
2336
cdrom
i also check rw(cd+etc....) and karaoke
also uncheck the gap index or something near the bottom

i always do a test just to see if it works or whatever i have time on my hands
then if everything is ok i burn

never had a coaster since these adjustments

Webber, I wish I could use the Jinxter driver like you. But after I install the jinxter driver, it won't reconize my Yamaha CDR100 scsi writer..... =( I thought everyone siad it was generic... it'll work for all writers. =(

Hey man my first successful copy was Capcom vs. SNK! I did it last night so I know it works (tight game too by the way!). Need any additional info send me an email. I'll be more than happy to share. But what I did was I followed everything in Big Poppa's Help Post. I used DiskJuggler (cause it was a .cdi file). Picked Mode 1, make sure Auto Insert Not. was turned off on both CD Drives, DJ forced me to burn @ 1x so I started at 5:00 (while Dragon Ball Z was on) and it didn't finish til almost Smack Down time (8:00pmest) but it still worked! I will be more than willing to help you just let me know.
