About CDDA for non-CDDA Games

Hy,
is it possible to pub CDDA back to CDDA-Games where the CDDA was ripped off?
Or is there sth. patched in the Game, that the CDDA Tracks where ignored by the Game?
Cause i have the Disney Magical Racing Tour without CDDA, and i want to insert sound. (Other sound, funny sound...)

Use CDDA.exe on 1st_read.bin : it should work fine.
