Acer 8x4x32 problems...

Has anyone succesfully made a copy of a backup with this burner? I think I've tried every program that people have recommend and no luck what so ever. IF you have gotten it to work please let me know what program and what settings you are using it would be appreciate greatly .. thanx

i got the same burner as you and i can copy all boots with no problems(100% perfect).
