How to pal-fix a self-booting game?

I have a Plexwriter 12/4/32 scsi cd-r and i use DJ v2.00.409-ftu. I have no trouble burning self-booting or non-bootable DC games and can pal-fix the non-booters no problem using PPF-O-MATIC v2.0 and CDRWin. The problem i have is trying to pal-fix already burned self-booters.... does anyone know of a similar utility (preferably with a gui) that will apply the ppf to a DJ image or does it have to be worked through dos?? If it has to be done through dos, how?
