the image of my screen moves

In my psx i have a chip.

I have a psx ntsc and i have an image of a play which is pal.

My image is a .img, there were with this image the files according to .ccd, .sub and .cue.

I burned the image by using alcohol 120%.

I used ccd to burn my .img.

I used the method playstation and to burn with 1x.

Once finished my burn, put my cd in my psx, to pass the image playstation and then when the play started, my image with the screen goes down, returns in top and goes down, then so on.

Can you help me please?
