if u still dunno how to make it, just change the .img tag of youre file by .bin, its true, its works. I think its the same encoding used for both type.

Tell you what get a program called daemon tools and it can read the img file or nero can auto read and burn the image with 3 clicks

img to bin correct just change .img or .bin been doing it for years

all my early games that needed patching were copied with clone cd,img canged to bin ,then patched ,then changed back to .img burnt with clonecd
