street fighter 3 3rd strike

Eeek.. me again..

I've tried and failed. (5 coasters later hehe)..

I cannot get my SF3 3rd Strike USA Selfboot to work in RGB mode, since I originally got the NRG image, I burned it to CD, I've made a new image in CDI format and I tried to apply those patches above in a Hex Editor to this CDI, which gets burned in DJ4.

However, the game still boots in non-RGB mode.. I'm lost.

Is it because I have a JAP DC?

Has anyone got this game working under RGB? If only I could find the original release CDI and apply the official patch!

Anybody want my 1st_read.bin?
