Question Can you play import PAL games on a modded USA PS2?

Hey, I want to play the European/English game of Resident Evil Survivor 2: Code Veronica, I mean the real DVD, not the crappy 2 or 4 disk rips. But, will the Magic Chip 2 on my USA PS2 allow me to play the game flawlessly or is there any NTSC/PAL problems?(like Black and White screens, or jumping screens)

(and please, if you writing about how much you think Resident Evil Survivor sucks, save your breath)

Thanks

BG is on a distinguished road
If the game you are going to get is a PAL game, you will need to have a convertor box to switch the signal from PAL to NTSC.... The screen will roll if you play a PAL title on a NTSC TV. You might also check your TV.... If it is a multi-system tv you will be ok...
