If you use CDRWin to COPY then a patch (don't know which one) has to be applied to nullify copy protection.
If you use CDRWin to burn from a downloaded copy, then likely the patch is pre-applied. Burn and play. If you have an original to copy then best done with CloneCD and then no patch is required. Your burner would need to be DAO-RAW+96 compatible.
