It worked for me! However, it only worked when I mounted the image using Alcohol itself (it didn't work with daemon tools). I also tried the game patch 1.1, but it didn't work, even doing all the starforce cracking stuff. Well, good luck to the people who are still having difficulties, I'm going to enjoy the gme now!

Deamon tools works fine, you just have to make sure you change the names of the 2 dll on Deamon install. If you leave them as they are they will be blacklisted by SF.

Which 2 DLL's are those, pray tell?

Re-install Deamon and you will get the option to change the 2 files in question to any name you like, thus SF cant blacklist it because it looks for the defult name of the said files.

I've Trying to make a backup copy of Cossacks 2 with no sucess untill now.

It seems that DARKLIGHT (A new German Group) has released a new version of Cossacks 2 on the internet, with a patch that seems to work...

if ne1 have tested it...

I would like to hear some who have tested new release personaly and then jugde, not if you have heard from someone on other forum. I'm inquired becouse release wasn't nuked on nforce.com...

A friend had it and says it most defenitly is the demo, he was very angry it took him 2 days to get it.
