No, you have to put records.ini into first dvd folder where setup.exe is.
So just leave it on standard settings (Data.bin.001). And don't change archive names after conversion is finished. Diskspan writes file names inside 00# archives. If you rename them after compression, you will get an error message and Setup is unable to extract. Maybe i will write a GUI for this (like UltraARC).
