About conversion Starcraft 2

Hi everyone i already have the graphs for the starcraft 2 with the three expansion, but the problem is how make for the setup.exe run the no-cd .bat file by RLD! at the end of the installation.

another question is
-make the setup.exe with or without UltraArc
-add or not the reg entryes

...or its just packing files like always
