Wow you cant read can you.
Look at this which is perfectly legal and correct. Developer A has software Developer B has software. Developer B buys Developer A software. Developer B releases his new software (amended or whatever) as a new version to his older release. Lockdown2000 when it first arrived was by a group of some Uni Grads who sold it on the net and the license was very cheap. Lockdowncorp at that time (with another name) bought the rights, and it replaced Hackerproof as its more advanced "sequel" if you want to call it that. Since Lockdowncorp bought the rights to the software, they had the rights to amend and sell as their own. Now if you dont understand that, then good luck to you :P |
