Final Fantasy 9 FMV Fix

ok i download a copy of FF9 NTSC region because my original copy is REALLY scratched up. I already know that the NTSC region of FF9 do not need a patch but i was wondering does it need the Final Fantasy 9 FMV Fix, and if so do i apply the fix to all 4 disks?
