Hi SpyderwareZ,

I'd suggest that you take the original box back to the shop and ask (demand?) them to help you. This forum is not about general gaming support. Also, such problems are usually related to a given PC setup so other people on this forum might be unable to reproduce your problem anyway... Good luck,
