Hi,
The leads u get with your ps2 are cack that will not solve your problem. You need to get yourself a proper SCART LEAD for your ps2 (make it a decent one) that will sort it out. But also your TV needs to be able to take both PAL and NTSC. Do you plug your PS2 into your TV or through your VIDEO first???? I bought myself a 15 quid scart lead from Makro made by BLAZE i can now play any format game on my ps2 and it plays in FULL Colour goodluck Dal
