Can I change XBOX DVD Rom??
 

Guys,

Can I change the DVD rom on XBOX??, let say I got DVD rom Sony, Can I use it??, or is there any special thing that is put into XBOX DVD rom??

uhh
u can change it yea
but the sony dvd-rom wont be able to read the original games
only back ups
the only advantage is that it can read all cd-rs, rws, dvd-rs, and soo on
just not xbox originals

Thats only for backups though. However, rescently (like last week) people have been trying to flash PC dvd-roms with new firmware to replace xbox dvd-roms. The've had some success.
