Hi Stevi, well the source line "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Rockstar Games\L.A. Noire\LANoireEFIGS.ini" will change depending on OS,
if you look in your C:\users folder you should find something like a All Users folder, just search that for LANoireEFIGS.ini or you could just do a full system search for that file, where the file is does depend on the system, so once you have found where it is on your system just edit that line to match your system (that is only the source and NOT where the game will install the file on a different system)
And for the installer use this
DestDir: "{commonappdata}\Rockstar Games\L.A. Noire\"
and that will copy it to that folder on any system (so the installer will work on any system either XP or win7)
