New Graphics Card
I paid for the installation of a new graphics card and they put a new port into my Desktop. I can still operate the computer via the old port and graphics card but when I try the new port I get no video at all. The operating system under the old graphics card returns "A NVIDIA graphics card was not detected in your system". Is it possible that the monitor could be inadequate and that's where that problem lies.

if you paid for it, then don't mess around and simply bring it back.. because it doesn't sound like you got what you paid for
