tool (decryptor) for anyone who wants to compress gta vice city radios.

adftool is a very simple tool that can be used to decrypt GTA Vice City radios

a tool that must be used in FreeArc to decrypt gta vice city radios which should look like this -madftool+mpz or msc or packmp3. If this tool is not used, the tool mpz,packmp3,msc will not be able to compress these encrypted mp3 files.
