What video converter can i use to watch movies on my XBOX360
Ive being trying to watch movies on my XBOX360 streamed from my computer, but it wont let me play that codec.
My 360 isnt chipped btw. |

What version of windows are you running on your computer. Is it Vista or XP:MCE?

sorry, I should have asked which skew you were using.
link From that list, is it an edition that has "Enjoy Windows Media Center" checked? Also, what format is the video you are trying to play? Unless the software "transcode 360" works with vista, your only option is to use VLC (or equivalent) to convert the videos to wmv's.

Well, when I posted that it did. Shortly after, they did an update.
MS have updated to support H.264 (15Mbit or less encoding) and Mpeg-2 (8 Mbit/s or less). Audio however is mp3, wma, or aac.
