Tera Term stops recieving

Thank you! for the help, now I have another problem, it starts to recieve trackfile.iso.gz, gets to one meg or so and then spits out a bunch of junk in the tera term window and stops...Does this method not work with all games?? is there something else I need...I am trying to rip from GUNDAM

Install rambooster,restart PC before ripping
turn off all antivirus program and don't try to access any others program when ripping,
otherwise u'll get rubbish data or the term stop without reason

for real? i have a really nice system and usually play games and mp3s n stuff while ripping and experience no probelms but sometimes i get that crap in the screen.. guess i should try leaving it alone then. (no dreamcast AND no pc for 24 hours?¿? AHHH)

good tips... i did all this and it got to about 7 mgs and messed up, oh well, a little farther i guess. anyway if the game play flawlessly on the dc but has some scratches, is it ripable at all? does rambooster help or just make you aware of how much memory you have?

rambooster only pervent the pc lockup after 15-xxhr of ripping.Did u success rip a game with yr dc cable??That maybe the cable problem.
I got 2 cable ,1 ok but the other1 can upload but download not .

Xena, what cable works and what cable is the one which can only upload?

Is the one that works fine the tototek cable?

the work one was totoke,the others was lik sang.
i hv 2 totoke cable before ,but my friend came to my house and change 1 of my cable to lik sang without tell me until he went back home ~lol
i don't means all liksang cable hv problem,but he got the **** one.
