Mass Effect 3 WEAPONS/ARMOR DLC UNLOCKER
This does not allow you to choose the directory where you installed the game so it is unusable by people like me who did a custom installation.

Try using Sysinternals' ProcMon to find out what registry entries the trainer accesses to determine the installation directory of the game.

Extract to \BIOGame\CookedPCConsole\ backup old one and press F12 ingame.
