downloaded games are driving me crazy...

Pre-info:
Computer-
AMD Athlon 500 mhz, 128mb ram, Acer 12x8x32 CDRW, Win XP
Software- CDRWIN, NERO
CD's- VERBATIM CDR 80min 700mb, Blue Bottom
PS one- SCPH-7000 NTSC-J, Internal mod and Action Replay MOD

Problem:
I downloaded some games (DDR kanomix [kal-ddrk.bin], ddr 5th mix [stc-ddr5.bin, stc-ddr5.cue], ddr disney mix [disneymix.bin, disneymix.cue], ddr 4th mix [ddr 4thmix.nrg], ddr 2nd mix [ddr2.cdi])...

Well first thing i do is burn the "DDR 5th MIX". I use the .CUE file but it didn't work, but that wasn't a problem i just used the .BIN file and opened it up with CDRWIN. BURN BURN and done, it works fine.
Second thing i do is burn the other games... ALL THE OTHER ONES DON'T WORK.

MY SOLUTION:
I thought my CD's were messed up so i go out and buy new ones (that didn't work)
I changed the .CDI int a .NRG with a program (that didn't work)
I burn at the slowest speed (that didn't work)
I downloaded other files with the same game (that didn't work)
I downloaded patches and patched the games (that didn't work) [applyppf.exe binfile.bin ppffile.ppf]

WHAT I KNOW:
My Playstation isn't broken...
The games I downloaded are complete or they wouldn't of unRARed correctly....
It's not my computer because DDR 5th MIX worked...
When i pop DDR 5th MIX in the PC CDrom drive it doesn't read, When i pop the ones that don't work for my PS into my PC CDrom, my PC can read them...
THEY ARE NOT PAL GAMES...
THAY ARE GAMES FOR PS1...

It's probably the way I am burning, but how can this be? the first disk i burned worked PERFECTLY FINE!!!
I've downloaded games before and I know they work... Only diff is i am using Windows XP...

That is why downloaded ISO's not supported here.

Not too mention they are illegal for most everyone here.

Don't mean to be a prick, but these forum lists are only for helping you backup games legally in your posession.

i BOUGHT the japanese version of the game... and i downloaded it because JAPANESE GAMES don't work on PS, but back up japanese PS games work... so therefore i have the real versions, just that i like the net versions for some reason...
kewl, now can anyone help?
