This is getting more common, interestingly.
A recent game: Hades: Battle out of Hell also uses Bink videos, but they can't be compressed with bpk either - errors with pack and unpack. |

Well I have tested and you can pack them with bpk, but can't unpack because there is an infinite unpack loop. For example, a 500mb bik file will unpack to a few gb if you wait a few minutes.
File headers looks the same for working and non-working bink files.
