I need create Protection Fix Patches

Hi everyone I`m newb and I need to create Protection Fix Patches. In the web I can find patches but I want to learn to create that patches because if "you give me a fish I can eat today but if you teach me tTo go fishing I can eat forever" (words of Brain from Pinky and Brain)

Plase someone help me.
