Stooped Discjuggler!!!!

OK, I have no hair left cuz I have pulled it all out! I have discjuggler up and running just fine on a w98 box with my Sony crx140e burner. I burned dozens and dozens of game iso's without any problems... and then came Win2k...
Of course after I installed Win2k and updated my file system to NTFS, discjuggler would no longer work! I fooled with it for a few days and just gave up... so I decided to move the burner over to my only remaining win98 box. So, I did... and the burner works fine... with every prog EXCEPT Discjuggler! I have tried the .cdi (Discjuggler) to .nrg (Nero) converter, and it converts the files fine, but if the image is over 700mb (which many of them are) it ALWAYS errors out when I try to burn using nero! Can someone suggest either a way to possibly make Discjuggler work or a way to Make the .cdi to nero prog to burn these larger images without erroring out? The configuration is as follows: sony crx140e, asus 440bx mb, Pentium 3 600, 512mb ram, w98. I have also updated to the most current aspi layer.
Perhaps there is a more compatible version of Discjuggler (maybe an older version). I am currently trying version 3.5 with no luck, but I have also tried variations of version 3.xx.xx. Help me please! =( ... Thanks to all

what happens exactly when you burn a over 700 meg converted iso with nero ?
do you get an error message before you burn ,while you burn ,or near the end you burn ?

It usually errors during the burn process. Sometimes toward the end, sometimes in the middle. Sometimes it errors even before it starts writing. Nero works fine in every other instance. Does anyone know of a .cdi to .bin & .cue? Or perhaps a .cdi to .iso? I would prefer to get DJ working properly, but I'll take whatever I can get... also, just for the record... when I start Discjuggler, it hangs on the loading plaque for about 10 - 15 seconds... like it does on incompatible drives... but keep in mind this drive (sony) worked FINE with DJ on another box. So... I'm lost

Well it could be one of two things. The first is that the CDR is not compliant with DJ... If you never had problems with THAT setup before it is probably with DJ.

I would first uninstall it. I would then goto regedit and search for any references to Disk Juggler and Padus... Delete any references to either of them... If you have Norton System Works, do a registry clean there too..

Reboot, reinstall... try again...
