Command And Conquer Keep Crashing

Hey everyone, i have a problem in C&C , a really anoying problem. At the begining it used to crashing when i opened it and it keep showing me an error called Technical Difficulties. After hours of trying opening the game it just doesnt even say me the error. It just close the launcer. If anyone having this problem or know how to fix it please post here. The game used to play in my old pc and laptop. I used to have this problem but not that recently it was doing it to me like 1 time a month. now i cannot open the game at all. Please help me
