Import SAve Game into GTA IV

Ok I've imported my save games before, but for some reason i cant remember how to do it. I've looked at other forums and they havent worked.
any advice would be appreciated.

ASUS M4A79 Deluxe
G.SKILL 4GB PC2 8500
AMD Phenom II X4 940 Deneb 3.0GHz
Radeon HD 4890 Xtreme 1GB
Vista Ultimate 64bit
